These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Teton Tire Wholesale ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any purchase of products or services through our website or sales representatives. By placing an order or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Customers Only

Teton Tire Wholesale is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Sales are made exclusively to licensed tire retailers, automotive service businesses, and other qualified commercial buyers. By purchasing from us, you represent that you are acting in a commercial capacity and not as a consumer.

2. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Teton Tire Wholesale. Prices are quoted at the time of order and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Volume discounts and pricing agreements must be confirmed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless a net-terms account has been established in writing.
We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and approved trade credit accounts.
Past-due accounts may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge and suspension of future orders.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Teton Tire Wholesale delivers to tire stores and commercial locations throughout eastern Idaho and surrounding regions. Delivery schedules are established on a route basis. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Warranty Claims

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and require prior written authorization.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged to qualify for return.
Manufacturer defects are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in processing warranty claims but are not liable for manufacturer warranty decisions.
Special-order or non-stock items are non-returnable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teton Tire Wholesale's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Product Use

All tires and related products must be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer specifications, applicable safety standards, and all federal, state, and local laws. Teton Tire Wholesale is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or use beyond rated load and speed specifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and data, is the property of Teton Tire Wholesale or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bonneville County, Idaho.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
